The radar trailer was placed at Sawmill and Redfield from 06-02-09 to 06-08-09. 92% of the vehicles clocked into radar were travelling between 0-30 miles per hour, 6% of the vehicles clocked into radar were travelling between 31-35 miles per hour, 1.6 % of vehicles clocked into radar were travelling at 36 miles per hour and above.

The radar trailer was placed at Cherrywood and Meadowbrook from 04-16-09 to 04-20-09. 20% of the vehicles clocked into radar were above the speed limit. As you can see from the percentage many of the vehicles were clocked in at 25 miles per hour, the second highest speeds was between 31 and 35 miles per hour.

The radar trailer was placed in the area of McDonald Road and Swanson Road from 04-08-09 to 04-13-09. 34% of the vehicles clocked into radar were doing the speed limit on McDonald Road, while 65% of the vehicles were clocked into radar at above 30 miles per hour. There were 10 citations written on McDonald road in the above time period.
With the information we obtain from the trailer and from input from citizens we can strategically place officers where the need is the greatest and at the time they are needed most.
